Coaches:
Berliner Park and the City of Columbus has mandated us to Collect and Pre-Pay a Team Gate Fee of $245 per Team.
This is new in 2026 and will help alleviate traffic jams at the Gate as People enter the Park.
All Coaches, Parents, and interested Guests will be allowed entry with no payment required.
Your cooperation and understanding is appreciated.

Team Requirements: You MUST Play in 2 Five Tool Youth Events to participate in the Ohio State Tournament.
If you play in a Sanctioned Five Tool Youth League ( i.e., COYBL, NEOBL, NWOABL, OPL, or SSBL ), you MUST Play in 1 Five Tool Youth Event
** As always, if your team was scheduled to play in events in order to meet the requirement to participate that were canceled for ANY reason, those events will still count toward the requirement to participate. As this was no fault of your own. **

Five Tool Youth will accept team/personal checks if received by June 1, 2025. Please make checks payable to GLBL.
After June 1 GLBL will only accept Cashier Checks/Money Orders, if payment arrangements have been made.
Teams Must Be Paid in Full by June 1st or you will be subject to removal.
All team/personal checks will be returned.
Please include your team name and age group in the memo of the check.

REMINDERS
Rosters are frozen to any changes/additions, deletions and or updates after – Tuesday, June 16th 9:00 pm. Do not try to add players at check in.
Players do NOT need to be present at check in.
A manager or team representative is waiving all rights to protest and or question tournament officials if they do not check in or attend the manager meeting. We will not be responsible for a team and its coaches if they mis-understand or mis-interpret a rule and are in violation of any rule that penalizes their team or a player.
Official Schedules will be available online at www.fivetoolyouth.org no later than Sunday, June 14th
Please remember to print your packet, roster,Five Tool Youth rules, maps, rules reference sheets and extra forms at the state tournament web site. Extra copies will not be available at tournament HQ during the event.
